About me

I am a practitioner of the spirit of patriotism and a thinker on global governance. As the Founder and President of the Shaanxi Patriotism Volunteers Association, I have led my team from the local level onto the international stage. In 2022, at the 51st session of the UN Human Rights Council, I introduced the concept of "Loving one's own country without harming other nations' interests," elevating patriotism from a national sentiment to an international ethic. Based on this, I drafted the International Patriotic Pact and designed the accompanying "nation's rights to development" Review Mechanism — the core of which is to examine whether, in the process of their development, nations cause harm to the interests of other nations. In October 2022, 306 NGOs from 68 countries jointly concluded the pact and established the International Patriotic Pact Organization, among which 93 hold consultative status with the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). My goal is to make patriotism a responsible force in global human rights governance.
