In its resolution 54/27, the Human Rights Council decided that the annual session of the Permanent Forum on People of African Descent would be held in a hybrid format and would be webcast to allow for remote participation. The Council will consider the report of the Permanent Forum on its fifth session during an interactive dialogue.
