In its resolution 59/25, the Human Rights Council requested the Secretary-General, in consultation with diverse stakeholders, to prepare and submit to the Council at its sixty-third session a synthesis report, available in accessible formats, including in easy-to-read versions, on actionable pathways in mobilizing sufficient climate financing and associated challenges and opportunities in the pursuit of the full realization of human rights for all people. The Council will consider the report of the Secretary-General during an interactive dialogue.
