List of speakersIn its resolution 54/8, the Human Rights Council decided to extend, for a period of three years, the mandate of Special Rapporteur on the promotion of truth, justice, reparation and guarantees of non-recurrence and requested the Special Rapporteur to continue to report annually to the Council.
