Pursuant to its resolution 60/16 and its decision 3/103, the Human Rights Council will have before it the report of the Ad Hoc Committee on the Elaboration of Complementary Standards to the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination on its fifteenth session.

In its resolution 54/27, the Human Rights Council requested the Group of Independent Eminent Experts on the Implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action to report annually on its sessions and activities to the Council. The Council will have before it the report of the Group of Independent Eminent Experts on its twelfth session and activities.
