In its resolution 60/3, the Human Rights Council requested the independent international fact‑finding mission for the Sudan to provide a comprehensive report on its work to the Council at its sixty-third session, to be followed by an interactive dialogue. The Council will consider the report of the fact-finding mission during an interactive dialogue.

Item 2: Enhanced Interactive dialogue on reports of the High Commissioner and Independent Investigative Mechanism for Myanmar

In its resolution 39/2, the Human Rights Council decided to establish an ongoing independent mechanism to collect, consolidate, preserve and analyse evidence of the most serious international crimes and violations of international law committed in Myanmar since 2011. The Council will consider the annual report of the Independent Investigative Mechanism for Myanmar.

Pursuant to its resolutions 59/2 and 62/3, the Council will also consider the report of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on the situation of human rights of Rohingya Muslims and other minorities in Myanmar during an enhanced interactive dialogue with the Independent Mechanism for Myanmar.

In its resolution 60/2, the Human Rights Council decided to extend, for a period of one year, the mandate of Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Afghanistan and requested the Special Rapporteur to present a report to the Council at its sixty-third session. The Council will consider the report of the Special Rapporteur during an interactive dialogue.
